Disciplinary Board

The main goal of the Disciplinary Commission is to ensure that the University employees comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the internal regulations of the University, as well as to consider cases of disciplinary action and liability.

The main tasks of the Disciplinary Commission are:

  1. Comprehensive, complete, objective and timely consideration of cases of violations committed by the University staff;
  2. Enforcement of the decision, as well as identifying the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of violations;
  3. Monitoring compliance with the University's internal regulations;
  4. Adoption of the powers assigned to the Disciplinary Commission, the powers of measures, including disciplinary action, ensuring the performance of persons defined in clause 2.1. present position of official duties.

The Disciplinary Commission reviews the cases:

  1. on corruption offenses, with the assistance of law enforcement agencies;
  2. on violations of the norms of the code of corporate ethics;
  3. on issues of violation of the corporate governance code;
  4. on the systematic admission of faculty members (teaching staff) for training sessions without valid reasons;
  5. on the systematic delays of employees to work without justifiable reasons;
  6. about the appearance on the working or educational place in a state of intoxication, including the drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours on the territory of the University;
  7. about smoking in an unidentified place;
  8. violation of the requirements of the internal regulatory documents of the University;
  9. and other cases requiring the application of disciplinary measures;
  10. on complaints of citizens in cases of unethical behavior, on the part of employees and faculty.
