The Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan calls the foreigners, including persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for full-time studying under Bachelor, Master and PhD educational programs.

Scholarships allocations:
1. Bachelor degree program – 25
2. Master degree program – 125
3. PhD – 10

• The applicants should attach the scanned copies of the following documents:

Bachelor degree:
1. copy of identity document.
2. copy of document on previous level of education.
3. motivational essay in Kazakh or Russian or English.
4. reference letter in Kazakh or Russian or English.
5. medical certificate of health (AIDS, fluorography).
6. non-conviction certificate.
7. invitation letter from Kazakhstan university (if available).

Master degree:

PhD:

8. PhD research proposal in Kazakh or Russian or English.
9. international certificate, confirming the language skills:

English language:
1. Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm - (TOEFL ITP) – score not less 460,
2. Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT, the threshold score – not less 87), (TOEFL the threshold score – not less 560),
3. International English Language Tests System (IELTS), the threshold score – not less 5.5);

German language: 
1. Deutsche Sprachpruеfung fuеr den Hochschulzugang (DSH, Niveau С1),
2. TestDaF-Prufung (Niveau C1);

French language: 
1. Test de Francais International™ -(TFI) – not lower В1 level on reading and listening sections),
2. Diplome d’Etudes en Langue francaise - (DELF, B2 level),
3. Diplome Approfondi de Langue francaise - (DALF, C1 level),
4. Test de connaissance du francais - (TCF – score not less 400).
